My work is almost exclusively one of a kind, the only exception being comprable custom pieces! When inspiration strikes I draw the design out then handcraft accordingly, making adjustments where needed to make long lasting, fashionable jewelry.
Repairs
I offer jewelry repair service! Not only will I fix any CQ item, but also any other jewelry if I am able to do so! Send a message & include pictures of what needs fixing & I will determine how I can be of service.
About Us
Shipping
The Copper Queen offers shipping through USPS priority & first class. There is also the option of local delivery In Gillette, WY. Packages will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. I typically like to ship asap & will do so I time permits. However, after the package is out of my hands, I have no control over when it will be delivered. If a package takes a considerable amount of time shipping or if package seems to be lost it is best to contact carrier regarding the issue.
Jewelry Care
Copper will naturally oxidize when exposed to air. To properly care for your jewelry, keep in an airtight container & polish when shine dulls. Keep away from exposure to water & take off before engaging in activity that could potentially damage the jewelry.
Warranty
Due to the handcrafted nature of my items, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to read description of the item before purchase & be confident in sizing.
If in the case the item needs repaired within the first 30 days of being in possession, I will make repairs free of charge from labor & shipping. This warranty repair will only be offered once. After offer is used, customers will be responsible for costs.
